There is the added flexibility of not having to commit to a specific day or time, which boosts attendance rates. Membership at LFT is required in order to attend a training session. Although quite affordable, the membership requirement makes people feel like they are committed to the program and their respective trainer, and makes it less likely for them to skip sessions.

LFT offers six signature sessions and their personal trainers push your limits with the help of an interactive heart rate monitoring system. LFT Personal Training offers a variety of modern equipment to ensure that workouts are creative and enjoyable regardless of physical ability. Usually, new members are presented with various promotions when they join the studio.

"Investing in a personal trainer is a better option than investing in a regular gym because we offer workout accountability, efficiency, and creativity," Freeman said. "The main reason people choose personal training is accountability; scheduling a workout and having someone waiting to work with you is a motivating reason to actually do it."

What's more, a personal trainer will push you harder by designing a more intensive and efficient workout than one you would do on your own.

"LFT Personal Training is unique in that we offer our members a choice on how they train," Freeman said. Their six signature sessions include different training styles like high intensity interval training (HIIT) and isolated strength training. Burn It is a HIIT workout, for instance, while Lift It focuses on strength training. Tone It offers a brisk cardio and strength training while Stretch It is more of a restorative session for tired muscles. Isolated strength training is best experienced in the Pick 2 workout. Burn It and Tone It are most popular due to the fact that most members set a weight loss goal, and these two sessions expend the most calories.

"Once a member chooses a signature session, our trainers design a workout specifically for them," Freeman said. "All of our sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up, and end with a stretching set performed by the trainer."

Some members like to stick with the same session every time, while others enjoy sampling different workouts depending on their goals and preferred style of training.
