By Judy Pittman

Tell us a little bit about your company and its foundation.

I first started in Real Estate when I was in my 20's and was the youngest Broker in Dallas at that time. I sold houses in Preston Hollow and the Park Cities. In 1990 I decided to start specializing in the Turtle Creek High Rise market thus Judy Pittman, Inc. was born. I was hired by the developers to complete the sell out of The Warrington, The Claridge, The Beverly, and La Tour. After completing all those sell-outs, I was hired by Rosewood to be their consultant and Exclusive Broker for their first high-rise, The Mansion Residence. I sold it out 100% from dirt to sell-out. Then I was hired to do Place des Vosges where I sold out 100% of all the lots. After completing that, I became the consultant and Exclusive Broker for The Vendome where I sold 100% of that project from dirt to sell-out of the completed building. I even named it.
