Tell us a little about yourself and your company.

I have been business for over 30 years. We have a total of 5 licensed plumbers and 4 Company Vans. We are a small company and try to always do quality work. We service both residential and commercial areas. Our primary focus is to ensure that we have satisfied customers, when we have completed our work.

What services does your company provide?

Our company provides the services for Plumbing installation and repairs in which the following work is done:
Installing plumbing in new custom homes
Majority of work is repair and replacement of plumbing
Unstop Sewer Lines
Camera Sewer Lines
Repairing of Irrigation Systems
Backflow Testing
Gas line Installation and Repair

What questions should you ask a prospective new plumber before the initial hire?

We typically ask questions such as, how long have you been in this trade? Do you enjoy working with your hands and being outside in the elements? Are you willing to do a variety of tasks besides plumbing (changing oil in the vans, clean up of shop, Etc).

How can you tell if a plumber is qualified? What should they be well versed in?

We can tell if a plumber is qualified by their use of plumbing terms and if they are able to verse, the stages of plumbing in a new house, names of tools and plumbing fixtures.

Where do you suggest looking for plumbers?

Typically we suggest looking for plumbers through Family Members, Friends, Friends of Friends and often referrals.
