Crull Fitness is A Top-Flight Gym and Improves Overall Physical Performance

By Kelly Church

As an elite, sports-centric training gym in Richardson, TX, Crull Fitness has experienced trainers to improve any individual's physical performance. The coaches and staff that run Crull Fitness and train members have more than 38 years of experience in the fitness and training industry. The gym has programs for athletes, kids and even those with special needs. Owner and Vice President of Operations Philip Miller said his gym tops the charts when it comes to fitness centers.

"Crull Fitness services can be described as the best in the industry," Miller said. "We really do cover the full spectrum of services when it comes to training."

The gym offers group training, personal training, sports-specific training, kids programs and even corporate wellness programs. Crull Fitness claims to avoid cookie cutter machine workouts to help its clients and members become more fit. Personal training is offered at all levels. Sports teams that want to improve fitness levels can utilize group training sessions. The trainers of these sessions work closely with coaches to track improvement and performance.

Sports-specific training is designed for young athletes, college athletes and adults that play most sports, including football, soccer, baseball, and even figure skating and rugby. These sessions utilize vertical training, power training, speed exercises, agility work and injury prevention. Athletes improve balance and strength and other physical requirements for their sport.

"Every session differs at Crull Fitness, depending on the person," Miller said. "All programs put an emphasis on injury prevention and flexibility. Generally, you will warm up for about five to ten minutes. From the warm up, you will go through the bulk of the training, which may vary from strength, speed, cardio [or] anything pertaining to your goals."

Crull Fitness also has a program called Champions Challenge, which can't be found at any other gym in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This program is specifically for children and adults with special needs. These sessions help those with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, autism and many other physical or cognitive disabilities work towards their own physical goals. Miller said they also work with schools in the area that specialize in special needs to give them fitness and wellness classes.

"We work on cardio, core, strength, weight loss, flexibility, you name it," Miller said. "Anything the individual needs, we can accommodate him or her."

Anyone can become a member at Crull Fitness by stopping by the gym and signing up.
